When learning the drums, you have to start with the fundamental beats or rhythms: rudiments. However, keeping track of your progress in mastering the rudiments can be confusing and overwhelming. Deadbeat Drums offers a visual and interactive method for learning and practicing the rudiments by adding low-cost electronics to drum hardware.  A web interface and smart phone app allows you to gamify practicing and keep track of your progress.
