NexHealth is bridging the communication barrier between doctors and patients outside of the clinics. Their goal is to target the problem that usually occurs when doctors advise patients – many with chronic diseases – to make lifestyle changes. A doctor is unaware of the patient’s well-being for 3 months or so between patient visits. In the meantime, she needs to know if her patients complying with the recommended treatment. What foods are they eating? Are they experiencing changes in mood? Are they exercising? Patients are not able to easily track their progress and send this information to their doctors. Nexhealth helps them to enjoy their treatment and helps doctors to provide more accurate diagnosis and care.
