Sensisole will change the way we track our fitness and health goals with a non-invasive insole that fits perfectly into your shoe. Unlike current technology, like pedometers and wearables that work like pedometers, Sensisole can accurately monitor the steps that we take, the calories we burn, how much water we should be drinking, and how we can improve our balance! Sensisole’s team is dedicated and passionate: Sam, a PhD candidate currently implementing artificial intelligence to detect missiles; Simona, a PhD candidate focusing on optics and photonics; Yusef, an EE student with programming, electronics, and sensing expertise; Carl, an EE student with experience with artificial intelligence, control theory, and programming; and Neil, a medical student with a background in physics and biology and with substantial research experience. Each member brings a unique skill-set to the team that will be crucial in bringing their product to market- programming, artificial intelligence, bio-medical background, and expertise with electronics and sensors.
