Smart Knee’d is designing an instrumented diagnostic knee sleeve that will assess accumulated ACL microdamage and warn the user before rupture.
Christelle Makouteu is a senior student majoring in Biomedical Engineering at the City College of New York with a concentration in Business Management. She conducts research at NYU in the department of Biomaterials and Dentistry. Her main goal is to become an entrepreneur. She is very dedicated and is proud of all of her achievements at CCNY that helped her reach her goals.
Evan Azoulay is a senior Biomedical Engineering major at the City College of New York. He also conducts research in the Musculoskeletal Biomechanics lab at CCNY under the supervision of Dr. Fritton. He is interested in engineering design and biomechanics.
